We specialise in comprehensive cardiac assessment, offering a range of cardiac diagnostic tests alongside expert cardiology consultations. Wherever possible, testing and specialist consultations can be arranged on the same day, helping to streamline care and provide timely answers for patients and referring doctors.
Because our practice is intentionally small, we can take the time to understand each patient’s individual health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. This allows us to tailor investigations and management plans to the specific needs of every person we care for.
Our cardiologists are all independent practitioners bringing their independent expertise and clinical judgement to the management of each patient while working within a supportive practice environment committed to excellence in cardiovascular care.
Premier Cardiology also offers outpatient only cardiac testing including echocardiography (echo), stress echocardiography, stress testing, 24hr holter monitoring, 24hr Ambulatory BP monitoring and 28-day event monitoring. All testing is undertaken by experienced sonographers and Cardiac Scientists and reviewed by Cardiologists on-site. This ensures a quality service to our patients and referrers.
At the heart of our practice is a commitment to compassionate care, clear communication, and evidence-based medicine—ensuring patients receive the attention, respect, and clinical expertise they deserve.
Dr Andrew Small is the founder, owner and director of Premier Cardiology, he is also an independent practitioner. Dr Kelly Stanton and Dr Jonathan Sen are both independent practitioners. All Independent Practitioners set their own fee schedule.

Specialist Services
Premier Cardiology offers outpatient consultations and in-hospital care at the Wesley Hospital in Auchenflower, Brisbane.
We also offer cardiac testing at the Wesley Hospital which includes:
- Echocardiogram
- Holter Monitoring
- Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Resting ECG
- Exercise Stress Test (EST)
- Exercise Stress Echo (ESE)
- Event Monitoring
These tests attract a fee with a small out of pocket expense after Medicare is claimed.

Updates
1. The rooms will be closed from 12pm Wednesday 24 Dec 2025 – Mon 5 January 2026 inclusive. We will reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2026. Please email reception@premiercardiology.com.au with any enquiries and we’ll do our best to get in touch with you once we are back in the New Year.
2. For urgent medical queries please see your GP or present to your nearest Emergency Centre.
3. We are undergoing renovations and expanding. Hopefully by 6 January the renovations will be complete. Our main door will be little further down the corridor. and our current door will no longer work. We look forward to seeing you in our new improved rooms.
4. Dr Jonathan Sen Cardiologist will be joining the Premier Cardiology team in January 2026 as an Independent Practitioner.
